Hi, I’m Bret.
I help teams build better products by improving execution, alignment, and delivery. Throughout my career I’ve helped organizations increase transparency, strengthen delivery, and improve collaboration through program leadership and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, my wife Micayla and our daughters are my greatest joy. I also enjoy building projects around our family farm, writing, learning about AI, reading, comics, poker, and personal finance.
