Hi, I’m Bret.
I help teams build better products by improving execution, alignment, and delivery. Throughout my career I’ve helped organizations increase transparency, strengthen delivery, and improve collaboration through program leadership and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, my wife Micayla and our daughters are my greatest joy. I also enjoy building projects around our family farm, writing, exploring AI, reading to gain knowledge, writing my thoughts, playing chess, comics, studying poker, and learning about personal finance.
